Job Description / Qualifications
A logistics company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and oversee our branch operations in Los Angeles. This position involves managing branch operations, overseeing a small team, and supporting business activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily branch operations and branch personnel.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Coordinate logistics and operational activities within the branch.
Provide high-level customer service and ensure effective communication across teams.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in logistics/forwarding required.
Prior experience in group or team management/supervision preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual skills in Japanese and English are a plus (Japanese is not required).
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

Working Hours & Conditions:
Working Hours: Regular business hours (Little to no overtime or business travel required)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year (depending on experience)
