Position Overview
<\/h4>

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, logistics, inventory, and team leadership. This role partners closely with Sales and Operations leadership to drive branch performance, improve processes, and deliver a high level of customer service while supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h4>
  • Lead daily branch operations, including sales, warehouse, inventory, and customer service
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain strong customer service standards and address performance gaps
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with Sales leadership on go -to -market strategies, vendor relations, and customer growth
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage inventory health, including surplus, slow -moving, and discontinued stock
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Drive branch sales performance, gross profit goals, and key performance metrics
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch staff; support succession planning
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure accurate inventory control, merchandising, and showroom presentation
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate regularly with corporate leadership and cross -functional teams
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications
    <\/h4>
    • High school diploma or equivalent
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 5–7 years of relevant sales experience
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 1–3 years of management experience preferred
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in low -voltage industries (fire & life safety, access control, surveillance, voice/data)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong leadership, problem -solving, and communication skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to travel occasionally and work some nights/weekends (under 10%)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Work Environment & Physical Requirements
      <\/h4>

      This role operates in a branch and warehouse environment with regular interaction with inventory, customers, and staff. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally, and use of standard office and warehouse equipment.
