Auto-Chlor System is hiring a sales-driven Branch Manager for our Colorado Springs, CO location. This role leads a route-based service and sales operation, serving customers across hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, owning results, and growing revenue through service.

• Base salary: $82,000-$85,000

What You'll Do

• Lead a service + sales branch, owning revenue, retention, and performance
• Coach and develop route and sales employees in the field
• Drive sales growth through service, upgrades, and customer relationships
• Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, this is not a desk-only role
• Partner with regional leadership on budgets, KPIs, and branch goals
• Support on-call coverage during training to understand the operation end-to-end

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading route-based, multi-site, or field teams
• Proven sales aptitude, revenue growth, account ownership, upselling, or territory management
• Background in B2B service, distribution, foodservice, facilities, or hospitality
• Comfortable leading teams you don't see all day
• Mechanically curious and solutions-oriented (we'll train the technical side)
• Willing to travel during the first 4 months of training only
