Job Description
Financial Additions is partnering with a well-established regional community bank to identify a Retail Banking Manager in Parker County. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that values exceptional customer service, community involvement, and leadership development. Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day retail banking operations, including teller services, new accounts, customer service, safe deposit operations, and deposit products.
Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail banking team while fostering a strong sales and service culture.
Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Drive customer relationship growth by delivering an exceptional client experience and identifying opportunities to deepen banking relationships.
Partner with leadership on branch initiatives, sales goals, and community outreach efforts.
Participate in business development activities and represent the bank within the local community.
Support ongoing staff training and development to maintain a knowledgeable, customer-focused team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of retail banking experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Previous experience managing branch operations, retail banking teams, and customer service functions.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, deposit products, and negotiable instruments.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a passion for creating an outstanding client experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Additional Information
