Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites.
• Evaluate security personnel and provide motivational support.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of related experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Security License, if applicable.
