Job Duties -<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Branch Manager <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Manages and oversees the branch inventory, daily inventory cycle counts and maintains showroom and warehouse appearance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Responsible for managing P&L goals and objectives for the branch location.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Assists outside salespersons in quoting and customer follow ups<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Maintains and upgrades selling skills and technical/product knowledge for the branch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Provides backup support to sales representatives with order entry and customer inquiries. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Oversees reoccurring orders process for the branch on a daily basis. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Posts daily cash and charge orders for all tickets. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Manages daily reconciliation of cash and bank deposits. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Manages associate training<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Provides leadership and management direction to associates with day -to -day operations of the retail store including compliance, retail sales, warehousing and distribution. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Manages work hours and approves overtime in the timekeeping system. Responsible for maintaining hours within the established budget. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Responsible for managing truck distribution, maintenance, and DOT Compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- High school diploma (Higher education degree preferred)<\/span>
<\/li> - Two to five years of experience in an industrial retail, inside sales, customer service and/or inventory control related position.<\/span>
<\/li> - Knowledge of welding industry preferred<\/span>
<\/li> - Must be able to lift 50lbs<\/span>
