About The Role
This role is pivotal in managing our client's local operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business performance. You'll be responsible for strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee local operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Deliver exceptional support to customers, dealers, and partners.
- Develop and implement strategy, annual budget, and business plans.
- Monitor performance against key business metrics and budgets.
- Lead HR, staffing, and safety activities locally.
- Foster a culture of safety for employees, customers, and visitors.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop employees and remove roadblocks to success.
- Approve payroll-related items and support cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational tools.
- Strong integrity, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a deep understanding of local markets and vocational trades.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
