Job Function:Lead and oversee all branch operations, including production, distribution, and logistics, to ensure efficiency, safety, and achievement of business objectives

Own branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting support, and cost optimization through analysis of financial and operational data

Direct and align sales and operational strategy, ensuring execution against revenue goals, customer demand, and market opportunities
•
Develop and execute local sales initiatives, build key customer relationships, and partner with sales leadership to expand market share and drive new business

Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution (production, inventory, delivery, and labor planning)
•
Establish and implement policies, goals, and procedures, driving continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
•
Lead, coach, and develop staff; manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational and sales demands
•
Drive a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement, including oversight of warehouse safety, maintenance, and quality standards
•
Monitor performance across financial, operational, and sales metrics, adjusting strategies based on data, demand trends, and business needs
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, finance, logistics, and other locations to optimize performance and achieve enterprise objectives
•
Lead coordination of pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies in alignment with market conditions and company goals
•
Identify and pursue new customer, market, and operational opportunities to enhance growth and efficiency
•
Drive execution of company initiatives and support broader organizational priorities
5-10 years management experience within an applicable industrial environment required.

High School diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
•
Expert knowledge of raw materials, production processes, cost, inventory and quality management, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of good required.
