Service Manager Confidential Multi-Location Agricultural Equipment Dealership Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Position Overview A respected multi-location agricultural equipment dealership is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily service operations and develop a high-performing service team. This position will oversee four full-time technicians, one part-time technician, a service helper, and a yard support team member. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and technician development. • Create a customer-first culture with accurate estimates and no surprise invoices. • Maintain proactive communication regarding repair status, timelines, and costs. • Reduce re-work and improve first-time fix rates through quality control. • Monitor productivity, efficiency, labor recovery, and shop performance. • Partner with Parts, Sales, and Branch leadership to support customers. Qualifications • Previous Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Service Advisor leadership experience. • Agricultural, construction, heavy equipment, truck, or related dealership experience preferred. • Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience managing technicians and shop workflow.
