The Branch Manager II will own the overall branch responsibilities including but not limited to growing memberships and the overall member experience of the branch. The Branch Manager II works with the branch staff to ensure staff is consulting with members to identify needs, refer appropriate products, solutions and follows-up on pending transactions to ensure completion in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages personnel by establishing daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, providing coaching and assessing performance. Holds team accountable for delivering an exceptional and consistent member experience.
- Provides opportunities for growth in leadership skills and techniques to successfully execute assigned functions and responsibilities.
- Review reports to identify branch measurements with sales goals, branch profitability and ensure staff is well informed of changes to policy, procedures and promotions. To increase awareness and to generate more business accounts with Business Outreach efforts.
- Involves in Business Outreach activities to increase awareness and profitability towards the branch.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities and Credit Union events such as: Car Sales, Volunteerism and Local Community Events contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives as well as department and individual goals.
- Collaborating between departments to participate in new training, projects and changes to operational procedures. Will be involved with Management to assist in training staff, host presentations and support and bring awareness to the staff.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to simplify processes and contribute towards the overall positive member experience for both internal and external members.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Five to Seven Years of Financial Institution Experience
- Five to Seven Years of Management Experience
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Maintain confidentiality with member information and adhere to credit union policies and procedures
- Must be able register with NMLS Federal Registry
Salary Wage will range from $90,000/year to $97,000/year. Wages posted are for grade 12 and will depend on experience.
