Branch Manager Insurance Agency Savannah

A growing agency is looking for a Personal Lines Manager with a minimum of five years of insurance experience on the independent agency side. Will lead a team of six account managers and take ownership of the office with the full support of the parent company. They are looking for someone who has revamped policies and procedures, understands workflow, and can make this team more efficient. They write mostly personal lines and small commercial, so some production is needed. Many on the team are near retirement, so they are looking for someone who can hire producers for both commercial and personal lines and help grow the office. Base plus commission.
