Compensation:
The wage range for this Branch Manager position is $24.00-$37.00 per hour.
As the Branch Manager,you will provide vision, leadership, and direction to ensure the Branch adheres to Moneytree’s business policies and employment practices. You will also safeguard vault assets, provide each Customer with uncommonly friendly service, process Customer transactions (originate loans, cash checks, etc.), ensure the Branch opens and closes safely on time, and create a work environment that is professional, productive, and safe. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all Branch practices adhere to Moneytree’s standards (e.g., Team Members strictly adhere to safety and security guidelines, employment practices, and transaction procedures). Promptly address and correct performance lapses, following the appropriate steps.
- Clearly define Team Member expectations and provide ongoing feedback, direction, redirection, training, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and Team Member recognition.
- Comply with Moneytree’s business policies, procedures, and employment practices, including maintaining a fair and equitable workplace. Demonstrate fairness, objectivity, and sensitivity. Take the appropriate steps to prevent and stop offensive or otherwise inappropriate workplace conduct.
- Participate in consensus decision-making with the upper-management team. Bring operational, facility, and Team Member concerns to the attention of the District Manager promptly.
- Strictly adhere to Moneytree’s security and safety guidelines, including opening and closing procedures, and respond immediately and appropriately to Branch emergencies.
- Coordinate job duties associated with Branch opening and closing, including but not limited to running daily reports, preparing deposits, balancing inventory (e.g., DCJ reconciliation, cash, checks, loans), and following safety and security procedures.
- Perform the duties of a Vault Teller, including but not limited to, efficiently and correctly performing all types of Customer transactions; daily cleaning; ordering, receiving, and distributing cash and other inventory; and consistently and precisely balancing a till.
- Be a role model in extraordinary customer service, professionalism, and performance.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of Customer and Company information and systems.
- Perform management responsibilities in accordance with Moneytree’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting candidates, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Assist with handling challenging or escalated Customer transactions.
