  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, Select Employee Groups (SEGs), and civic leaders.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Assistant Branch Manager and branch teams to achieve individual, branch, and organizational goals.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning for branch staff.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business results.
  • Ensure consistent execution of branch operations while maintaining compliance with Credit Union policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with internal departments to support strategic initiatives, organizational growth, and change management efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional member service.
  • Travel to support branches, community events, business development activities, and leadership initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to seven years of branch banking or retail financial services experience.
  • Three to five years of leadership experience managing managers, multiple branches, or multi-site operations.
  • Credit union experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, sales management, compliance, risk management, and financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in community engagement, business development, and cultivating strategic relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams while driving accountability and engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong member-first focus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned market for branch support, community events, and business development activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial services systems.
  • Ability to travel to other branch locations as needed and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
