Position Summary
The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, customer relationships, referral development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled relationship builder, and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Hiring Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Meet with customers and referral sources to introduce Handi Medical's products and services and build strong business relationships
- Partner with the sales team to expand and maintain a strong referral base
- Represent Handi Medical at community events and networking opportunities
- Maintain existing business relationships while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities
- Communicate regularly with sales teams, payers, referral sources, and other key stakeholders
- Promote awareness of new products and services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow up on new referrals to ensure timely and exceptional service
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve productivity and profitability goals
- Lead, coach, and develop branch team members while fostering a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
PREFER experience in healthcare, home medical equipment (HME), medical supplies, sales, customer service, and/or management
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively delegate tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications
- General working knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to maintain a professional image while demonstrating commitment to Handi Medical’s mission and values
