Branch Manager - Modular (Seattle, WA)

THE COMPANY

SalesFirst Recruiting has partnered with a growing global company in the modular building and equipment rental industry to hire a Branch Manager for its established South Seattle operation. The branch is performing well, has an existing customer base and team in place, and is positioned for continued growth.

THE JOB

This is a selling Branch Manager role with responsibility for sales, operations, people, customer relationships, and branch financial performance. The incoming leader will focus on continuing the branch’s strong performance while growing the lease and rental business. The role will oversee approximately three direct reports today, with expected team growth over the next several months. Key priorities include driving new business, managing branch P&L, leading the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and staying actively involved with customers and the local market.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience
• People-management experience
• P&L, EBIT, revenue, margin, or profitability responsibility
• Strong sales and business-development background
• Experience managing both sales and operations
• Background in an asset-heavy, branch-based B2B environment
• Hands-on, customer-focused leadership style
• Experience in equipment rental, modular buildings, construction equipment, industrial supply, fleet rental, material handling, or a similar industry is highly transferable.
