BrightStar Care is the fastest growing Home Care agency in the Triangle. We are adding a new location serving Durham-Chapel Hill and looking for a Branch Manager to grow the business.The Branch Manager oversees operational excellence and growth for the assigned BrightStar Care territory. In this role, you will initially focus on growing the business through outbound sales and marketing activities and building an operational team around you as financial milestones are met.We are searching for that special person who has a history of winning leadership roles within school, sports, or business and demonstrating high business acuity. The ideal candidate is a loyal, honest, goal driven, determined, persuasive and dynamic person who others look up to. This is not an 8-5 job. Branch Manager's are available 24/7 to answer existing and future client questions.This is an entry level role that will grow into a Director of Operations position overseeing a multi-unit business with 200 employees for the right person. Kerry and I started BrightStar Care of Fairfax in 2012 because our experience in obtaining quality home care for Kerry’s mother in 2010 was so very difficult. We were so disappointed in the quality of the care and customer service we encountered that we began to look into how, and where, top-quality home care could be found.
After a number of tries, we found the BrightStar Care approach. We were so impressed with the superior level of customer service it provides that we decided to open own agency here in Northern Virginia.
Our mission is to provide the absolute best care for you and your loved one- a Higher Standard. We will do everything in our power to make sure your experience is the one Kerry and I were looking for in 2010.
