Branch Manager-Niantic

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a Branch Manager for the Niantic Branch. Applicants must possess the ability to motivate, lead and assist the team in achieving branch goals in performance excellence. It is essential that the person selected for this position is energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated. The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, customer service & sales skills; desire to build outside relationships & leads; and work diligently to grow business at the branch level.

The successful candidates will ensure that APEX goals for Achieving Performance Excellence are met.

Minimum qualifications for this position include:

• Strong oral and written communication
• Must demonstrate the ability to meet assigned sales goals on a consistent basis
• Ability to lead, observe and coach staff to consistently attain or exceed sales and member service goals
• A minimum of three years' management experience in member service area of a credit union or financial institution.
