Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in financial services management
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
