About the Team

You’ll be joining a highly engaged, performance-driven team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like?

As a Branch Manager, you will lead all operational activities within the branch to ensure the timely and effective delivery of cash management and logistics services to our customers. You’ll create a high-performance culture, drive efficiency, and inspire your team to achieve business outcomes safely and professionally. Key areas include:

• Leading and motivating branch teams to deliver operational excellence
• Driving compliance with all statutory, audit, and WHS requirements
• Overseeing customer service delivery and managing key relationships
• Monitoring operational performance, reporting on results, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Managing staffing, rostering, and workforce development to meet service and financial goals

• Proven leadership experience within logistics, security, or operational environments
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational reports
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
• Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and risk-management practices
• A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
