JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch location assuring compliance with federal & state laws and regulations as well as ACHC standards and agency policies and procedures. Specifically, the branch manager will provide leadership and coordination of services to clinical and non-clinical personnel within the branch to ensure that services are delivered appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred.
  • Two (2) years of home health experience, required.
  • Knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding.
  • Knowledge of state, federal including laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
  • Effective communication, ethical practice and able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organization and able to multi-task and prioritize assignments and duties.
  • Highly attentive to detail and independent.
  • Able to adapt to change.
  • Access to reliable transportation
