What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow branch production through recruiting, coaching, and sales leadership
- Develop and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize performance
- Build strong relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners
- Drive branch profitability, pipeline management, and operational efficiency
- Create and execute local market growth strategies
- Monitor sales activity, conversion metrics, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations and company standards
- Foster a high-energy, positive, and accountable sales culture
- Participate in strategic planning with executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
- Previous experience leading or managing a mortgage sales team
- Proven history of recruiting and developing producing loan officers
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and guidelines
- Established referral network and business development mindset
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Active NMLS license preferred
Compensation & Earnings Potential
Base Salary
- $48k-$60k annual base salary
(based on experience, production history, and market)
Additional Compensation
- Branch override commissions - 10 bps
- Revenue share opportunities

Total Annual Compensation Potential
