JOB SUMMARY

As Branch Manager in Sidney, you'll serve as the branch's market leader-strengthening customer relationships while ensuring the location runs smoothly and meets growth goals. You'll guide branch staff through coaching and training, manage day-to-day operations and facility needs, and maintain a strong community presence. You'll also develop business through deposit and loan outreach, deliver clear guidance to customers, oversee consumer lending from start to finish, and ensure the branch follows all compliance standards and applicable regulations.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active involvement in the community.
  • Provide consistent, superior advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Manage a consumer loan portfolio by handling all phases of lending.
  • Solicits deposits and loan opportunities by making calls and prospecting new and existing loan business.
  • Oversee the relationship driven culture within the branch.
  • Adhere to all compliance guidelines to ensure we are in compliance with all bank's standards.
  • Overall leadership role in the branch and effectively delegate responsibility and authority as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and facility management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
  • Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations and thorough knowledge of regulations and laws that relate to his/her department.
  • Able to lead a team to achieve sales goals while balancing the needs of the customer.
  • Must be able to utilize time productively with minimum supervision.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours

WORK LOCATION: In person

SCHEDULE: Day shift Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings
