Position Overview:
The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including staff supervision, customer service, sales performance, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for driving business development, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient and compliant branch operations.
 
This position is located in Staten Island, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, staffing, and transaction oversight
  • Drive sales growth through new business development, referrals, and relationship management
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses
  • Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff to meet performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
  • Monitor financial activity, approve transactions, and complete audits and reporting requirements
  • Participate in community outreach and networking to promote bank services
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational efficiency

Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree or 5+ years banking experience, including supervisory experience required
  • Banking experience required (5+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills required (5+ years)
  • Solid computer skills required (5+ years)
  • Strong sales skills with ability to effectively develop business required (3+ years)
  • Supervisory skills required (3+ years)
  • Ability to lift and transfer coin bag (approximately 30 lbs.)
Pay Range: USD $33.65 - USD $57.69 /Hr.
