We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead sales, service, and daily operations for our Gen Pest branch in Tucson. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused leader who can build strong teams, drive business growth, and deliver operational and financial results.What You'll Do:Lead branch operations, including sales, service, staffing, training, and customer satisfactionManage branch P&L, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Drive customer retention, portfolio growth, technician utilization, efficiency, and employee engagementLead, coach, and develop branch management and field service teamsRecruit, interview, hire, train, and develop branch employeesPartner with sales teams on business plans, forecasts, and new business developmentOversee service delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory complianceEnsure company programs, initiatives, and business standards are effectively implementedAddress customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionallyConduct team meetings and employee performance reviews and administer corrective action as neededCollaborate with departments across the organization to achieve branch and company goalsTravel to other branch and corporate locations as neededWhat You Bring:2-4 years of experience managing a business portfolio with P&L responsibility and/or leading a teamBachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent work experienceValid driver's licenseStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop employeesStrategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to collaborate effectively across departments and throughout the organizationPest control, termite, and/or weed control experience and licensing is a plusWhat We Offer:An opportunity to lead and grow a branch with direct impact on business performanceOpportunities to develop and advance team membersA leadership role focused on customer service, operational excellence, and business growthA collaborative environment with support from operations, sales, and corporate teamsAbout Us:We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while building strong teams and growing our business.
