The Branch Manager, Recharged

As Branch Manager in West Allis, you’ll guide branch performance while keeping customer service front and center. This role exists to lead the retail team, grow relationships, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee branch management, operations, and local promotion
- Select, staff, train, coach, and evaluate the retail team
- Open new accounts and support customer service needs
- Originate, underwrite, and close secured/unsecured consumer and home equity loans

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred
- 3+ years of progressive banking experience
- Team leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Strong written/verbal communication; solid math skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills
- Ability to spot market opportunities and create growth programs
- Familiarity with the local financial marketplace

You’ll start by checking in on the branch’s rhythm—what’s on deck, what needs attention, and where you can remove roadblocks. Expect a steady mix of customer conversations, quick problem-solving, and coaching moments that help the team stay sharp and confident.

Between greeting familiar faces and meeting new ones, you’ll keep an eye on service quality and step in when a situation needs a calm, friendly leader. You’ll also carve out time to connect with the local market—watching trends, brainstorming outreach ideas, and keeping the branch visible in the community.

By day’s end, you’ll feel good knowing the branch ran smoothly, customers were taken care of, and the team had your support.
