Branch Manager
Western Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions. Established in 1928, we have a legacy of excellence and the stability of an industry leader. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in the Wilmington, DE area. As an operational and sales leader, youwill be responsible for general management of the branch, including P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.
The Branch Operations Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike. Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting
- Previous responsibility for the sales process and results
- Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives
- Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment
- Motivation/passion/desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization
- Must be 18 years of age
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
