Job Description

We’re hiring a Branch Operations Manager in the Syracuse, NY area!

This individual will oversee day-to-day branch and warehouse operations for a construction supply distributor.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or branch operations leadership experience

  • Hands-on leader who will work alongside the team when needed

  • Experience managing 2–10 direct reports

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution

  • Construction supply, building materials, or industrial distribution experience preferred

Compensation: $65K–$85K base (flexible DOE) + up to 10% annual bonus + 4% 401(k) + benefits after 30 days + $75/month cell phone stipend

Location: Syracuse/Baldwinsville, NY
