We are seeking a Branch Manager in Fort Smith, AR, to lead all branch operations.
- Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, develop strategies to meet branch goals, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Customer Relations: Build relationships, understand staffing needs, and resolve customer issues.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Develop recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, and onboard temporary employees.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure legal compliance, maintain records, and handle payroll and benefits.
- Safety & Security: Promote safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and investigate incidents.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3 years of managerial experience, strong leadership, recruiting, and relationship-building skills, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
