Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Branch Manager to lead our team with a servant leadership mindset, fostering a culture of belonging, fairness, and high performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Servant Leadership: Lead with humility and empathy, placing the needs of your team first to help them develop and perform at their best. Act as a mentor and coach, actively listening to your team's concerns and providing support.
- Performance Coaching: Hold your team accountable by providing constructive feedback and support in areas of improvement. Foster an environment where open communication and continuous development lead to high performance.
- Financial & KPI Understanding: Analyze and interpret financial reports, KPIs, and other performance metrics to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively. Use data to identify trends, track progress, and implement action plans to meet financial goals.
- Team Culture & Community: Build and sustain a positive, collaborative team culture that promotes inclusivity, fairness, and mutual respect. Ensure all team members feel a sense of belonging and value within the branch.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations to ensure they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company policies and procedures. Maintain a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Results-Driven: While maintaining a people-first mentality, also drive measurable results. Meet or exceed branch goals by coaching teams to achieve outstanding sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a leadership role with a track record of team development and performance management.
- Strong understanding of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Humble, approachable, and a true servant leader.
- Experience with managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing branch performance metrics.
