The organization provides engineered packaging, supply chain coordination, and operational support for complex customer programs.

About the Role

\n

\n

The Branch Operations Supervisor leads a small operations support team and oversees order flow from entry through billing and payment. This role serves as the branch’s primary escalation point and works closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management to ensure customer and internal requirements are met with accuracy and urgency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable improving processes in a growing environment.

Work Model

\n

\n

Hybrid: In office Monday–Thursday; remote on Fridays.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

• Lead and develop a 3‑person operations support team

\n

• Oversee order entry, billing, collections, and workflow accuracy

\n

• Manage office bills, facility allocations, credit card purchasing, and payroll allocations

\n

• Serve as ERP (Epicor) training lead and process improvement driver

\n

• Support documentation, reporting, and customer portal submissions

\n

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Ops, Engineering, Manufacturing, and PMs

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n

• Associate degree and 2 years of experience

\n

• People‑management experience

\n

• ERP experience

\n

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills

\n

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and collaboration tools

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n

• Bachelor’s degree

\n

• Bilingual English/Spanish

\n

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or government/military environments

\n

• Familiarity with AS9100

\n

• Accounting or bookkeeping exposure

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

\n

$80,000–$95,000 base salary
