Branch Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order packing, shipping, inventory management, and customer interaction. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position includes a customer-facing component and requires experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack, prepare, and ship outgoing orders
• Handle shipping processes, including coordination of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments
• Pick, stage, and process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity
• Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveries in a professional manner
• Perform data entry, print shipping labels, and track shipments using computer systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support general warehouse duties and inventory control processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners
• Knowledge of shipping processes, including LTL shipments
• Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in a customer-facing setting
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
