They improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.Key Performance IndicatorsCustomer NPSRevenue growthCost controlCustomer retentionColleague retention and engagementPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesHire, onboard, train, manage and engage a team of frontline sales colleagues in the designated area.Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within the territory, aligning goals and driving performance.Lead weekly team meetings to monitor performance and focus on skill development and prioritized topics.Provide ongoing technical training on services offered within the assigned territory.Facilitate regular one‑on‑one debriefs to build effective communication and identify training needs.Ensure the team meets or exceeds all activity standards and selected KPIs to achieve sales targets.Set a strong example in personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.Monitor progress against revenue objectives;
