Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in the Financial Industry.
- Understanding of general accounting principles and process controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office applications.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and quality of work.
- Sound and decisive judgment.
- Commitment to personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting.
- Provide educational and regulatory insight.
- Reconcile discrepancies and address cost basis reporting questions.
- Make manual adjustments as needed.
Preferences:
- Financial services, wealth management, operations, or client service experience.
- Understanding of gain/loss reporting, cost basis, 1099-B reporting, or general accounting principles.
- Experience in reconciliations, data analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments.
