Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside Costco and Lowe's locations.

This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems - no closing required.

You'll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
• Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
• Offer free in-home design consultations
• Collect customer information to schedule appointments
• Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
• Occasionally assist at home shows and local events
