Brand Ambassador

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in Merrillville, IN. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent client brands at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns

• Engage directly with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Introduce products, services, and current promotions

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information

• Generate leads, support customer enrollments, and contribute to sales goals

• Assist with campaign and event setup, execution, and organization

• Work alongside your team to create a positive customer experience

• Provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign performance
