Position Title: Brand Ambassador                                                       Department/Branch: Branch

Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

The purpose of this position is to assist our branch office, loan officers, and marketing staff with efforts to increase overall production for the branch.

·        Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies for the purpose of increasing branch loan production

·         Assist in creating and managing content for branch or LO website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, as needed

·         Collaborate with internal team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives

·         Strategically connect with referral partners to help form relationships as potential sources of business

·         Connect with clients to promote confidence in our team, organization, and to make the purchase process as easy and convenient as possible, ultimately gaining repeat business and potential partnerships

·         Identify, schedule, and attend marketing events in which a PRMI presence could result in increased partnerships and production

·         Assist clients in scheduling communication and/or contact with loan officers

·         Serve as backup to Loan Coordinator

·         Assist in facilitating the needs of Loan Originators if needed

·         Promote PRMI Products and Services with confidence and knowledge

·         Assist Borrower as needed with the application site while providing guidance on how to utilize the site to upload personal documentation

·         Schedule Closings as needed

·         Attend in-person or virtual sales meetings

·         Complete and provide reporting of marketing activities

·         Other misc. duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·         Marketing experience or an innate ability to connect with potential partners and customers

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with clients and referral partners

·         Ability to multi-task

Preferences

·         Knowledge of the mortgage industry

·         Ability to work independently

·         Ability to work and deliver content under tight deadlines

Work Requirements

Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting.  To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch or corporate office location).  Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
