Brand Ambassador Department: ASUCLA Marketing $17.90/hour Days/Hours: Limited summer & fall 2026 quarter appointment: 4-10 hours a week beginning July 5 and ending October 31, 2026. On-site work only. Scheduling varies based on event needs and shift availability. Must be available to work day 2 of all first-year New Student Orientations (NSO). (Up to 6 hours of activation time will be scheduled between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. for each date listed below)
Must be available up to 8 hours for UCLA Block Party (Date & time TBD, most likely Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026) Must be available for 4-10 hours during fall 2026 Week 0-2 (Dates & time TBD) Duties The ASUCLA brand ambassador serves as a representative of ASUCLA and its brands by engaging with UCLA students at tabling events and promotional activations. Brand ambassadors will help increase awareness of ASUCLA programs, products, services and resources while encouraging new students to follow @asucla and @uclastore Instagram channels. This role will primarily support ASUCLA Marketing’s tabling efforts during the 2026 NSO by promoting the @uclastore Instagram to incoming students at all 12 orientations. Additional events will include the promotion of the @asucla Instagram to new students during the UCLA Block Party, Week 0-2 activities and other campus events as assigned. Additional duties include setting up and breaking down tabling events; organizing, managing and distributing prizes; monitoring and recapping event success; answering questions about ASUCLA and UCLA Store programs, products, services and facilities; appearing in ASUCLA social media and miscellaneous ASUCLA Marketing promotions.
