Duties/Responsibilities:
- Brand Promotion:
- Represent the Bluewave Express Wash brand at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Engage with potential customers to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries about our services and promotions.
- Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve their experience.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns.
- Community Outreach:
- Participate in community events and partnerships to promote the brand's presence and values.
- Build positive relationships with local organizations and influencers.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Share insights with the marketing team to enhance brand strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and a passion for promoting its values and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role is preferred.
Physical Requirements:- The Brand Ambassador position may require standing, walking, and interacting with people at various events and locations.
