Job SummaryThe Presales Customer Service Representative role consists of creating brandawareness, distributing flyers and potential leads for the facility. Also ensuring allmembers, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service- 1 year (preferred) CPR/AED certification (required) Basic computer proficiency Professional attitude Upbeat and positive personality Efficient and effective communication skills Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
