Brand Ambassador

We're looking for outgoing, motivated Brand Ambassadors to help our clients connect with customers through face-to-face marketing. In this role, you'll represent a variety of client brands in retail environments, local businesses, and at community events throughout the Tampa Bay area, creating positive experiences and building meaningful customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent a variety of client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage customers in retail locations to promote products, services, and special offers.
• Visit local businesses to build awareness and develop relationships on behalf of our clients.
• Attend trade shows, festivals, community events, and promotional activations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Educate potential customers and answer questions about client products and services.
• Generate qualified leads, referrals, or customer sign-ups when applicable.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays and event materials.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team.
• Consistently deliver a positive and memorable brand experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend and occasional evening availability is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus—but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
