Position Summary:
The Brand & Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, content initiatives, and customer communications across all channels.
This role serves as the primary owner of brand messaging, campaign development, content creation, and marketing performance measurement.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor—capable of building marketing plans, developing compelling content, leveraging AI and emerging technologies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth.
This position works closely with the SVP Sales, SVP Product Development, Creative Director, Catalog Program Manager, and President to ensure marketing initiatives align with customer needs, product strategy, brand standards, and company objectives.
This role represents a significant step beyond traditional marketing coordination and requires an individual who can influence strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business results.
