Job purpose
We are seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to own and evolve the visual identity and brand systems across the Talent Systems portfolio of brands. This is a senior individual-contributor role that pairs brand strategy with hands-on craft - the ideal candidate can define and steward brand identity systems, personally execute polished creative work, produce photo and video shoots, manage external creative resources, and serve as the primary creative liaison between marketing, product, and business development.
The Brand & Creative Manager will play a central role in ensuring brand consistency, quality, and cohesion across all customer-facing touchpoints - from marketing campaigns and websites to in-product experiences and event collateral.
This role requires equal parts creative vision and operational discipline, with a proven ability to manage projects, direct external partners, and produce high-quality work across multiple brands simultaneously. If you love being hands-on in design work while thinking in brand systems, this is the role for you.Creative Production & Execution
- Conceptualize and design creative across all formats and channels - including key art, ad campaigns, social assets, in-platform graphics, web pages, email, event collateral, decks, and print materials - optimized for platform specifications and SEO, ensuring quality and consistency across devices, platforms, and brands.
- Plan, produce, and art-direct photo and video shoots from brief through delivery, including location scouting, talent coordination, vendor management, and post-production oversight.
- Identify and use automated tools for simple, templated requests, reserving hands-on design for higher-value brand work.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing results; stay current on industry trends and tools and make proactive recommendations, including contributing to or writing copy as needed.
Brand Identity & Systems
- Own and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems across the Talent Systems portfolio - including Casting Networks, Spotlight, FastCast, Formosa Casting Studio, and affiliated brands - encompassing style guides, visual standards documentation, and asset libraries for each brand.
- Lead brand identity development for new products, brand extensions, or newly acquired brands, ensuring alignment with the broader portfolio.
- Serve as the internal brand authority, maintaining a shared visual language across the portfolio while preserving each brands distinct voice - ensuring consistency and integrity across all marketing, product, and communications touchpoints.
- Train and support internal teams and partners on brand guidelines to enable consistent self-serve execution.
Resource & Project Management
- Manage and direct freelance designers and creative interns - including briefing, feedback, and quality oversight - while maintaining creative briefs and project documentation to drive efficient execution across concurrent workstreams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, product, and external development partners, contributing to the global marketing calendar and adapting priorities as needed to meet shifting timelines.
Cross-Functional Brand Partnership
- Serve as a strategic creative partner to the product UX and business development teams, ensuring product interfaces and marketing experiences are visually in sync across all brands and adhere to brand standards.
- Collaborate with external developers on website implementations, providing visual direction and QA to ensure accurate execution of UX designs.
- Participate in team brainstorming and global marketing initiatives, translating shared creative guidelines into brand-specific design work that honors each brands distinct voice.
- 6-8 years of experience in a brand, creative, or design management role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, design craft, and cross-channel execution across multiple brands or product lines; experience in a multi-brand or portfolio environment strongly preferred.
- Willing and able to personally execute high-quality design work in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This role directs at least one freelance designer but does not outsource all hands-on work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides), and video editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere); familiarity with CMS and digital asset management platforms a plus.
- Track record of using modern tools and templates to speed up simple, repeatable design work in a prior role, while maintaining hands-on craft for brand-defining projects.
- Proven experience planning and producing photo and video shoots from brief through delivery.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Comfort working directly with external developers and providing visual QA feedback on website implementations.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong visual and copy sensibility; proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously across a distributed, global team.
- Experience managing freelancers, creative vendors, and/or interns.
- Bachelors degree in design, marketing, fine arts, or a related field preferred.
The expected salary for this role is $110,000-$125,000.
