What You'll Do

• Manage project execution across creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain project timelines, asset trackers, status updates, and workflows.
• Coordinate communication between Brand & Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
• Support the development and delivery of digital creative assets across various channels.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assets meet brand standards.
• Identify project risks, flag blockers, and drive proactive solutions.
• Leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency and operations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Monday.com or Figma.

• Familiarity with creative production workflows across social, video, and digital channels.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Interest in creative operations, process improvement, and building scalable ways of working.
