Job Title: Specialist II Global Brand Design & Art Direction
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract


Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Specialist II Global Brand Design & Art Direction to join a fast-paced Global Brand Design team supporting world-class storytelling and campaign execution. This role will focus on elevating creative output across design, art direction, visual storytelling, and campaign execution while partnering closely with multidisciplinary creative teams.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with exceptional Figma expertise for 2D design, strong visual storytelling capabilities, and a portfolio demonstrating work across streetwear, sport, fashion, or culture-driven brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-quality brand design and visual storytelling across campaign initiatives.
  • Support Lead Designers and Art Directors in delivering compelling creative work.
  • Create and refine visual assets across digital, brand, retail, and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Brand Marketing, Art Direction, Production, and Creative Operations.
  • Contribute to creative concepts, presentations, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and craft throughout all deliverables.
  • Stay informed on trends across fashion, sport, culture, media, design, and technology.
  • Present creative ideas and design solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Support photography and visual storytelling initiatives when needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 2 4+ years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related creative fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand design work within streetwear, sport, fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused brands.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (2D Design).
  • Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and design execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or contributing to art direction for photography shoots.
  • Experience working with sport, fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Previous experience with global consumer brands.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
