Job Title: Marketing - Brand Design 3

Pay Rate: $65-70 Hourly OT40

Duration : 4 Months

Location: Beaverton, OR

Team details & who they will work with:

Under the direction of a Design Director, you will develop and realize innovative, original retail environments, displays and digital solutions for retail stores.

You will collaborate with internal and external design teams to complete multiple projects by using design processes and practices to ensure the creative intent, design results, timelines and budgets are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum required years of experience: Minimum of 8+ years of brand design experience demonstrating creative sophistication in concepts and design/visual communications

Education requirements: Bachelors/master's degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have skills: (must have Portfolio available for team)

Retail industry experience, retail environments, concepts, and programs. International experience beneficial.

Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, SketchUp

Nice to have skills:

After Effects, Premiere, Miro, Figma, Unreal Engine

Software/technical requirements:

Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, SketchUp

Previous Nike/industry experience preference: Nike experience would be a major plus but not required but retail industry experience, retail environments, concepts, and programs will be considered a must need.

Role Description

Seeking a Senior Designer for Retail Story Design: An innovator, who will support and develop consumer led retail concepts and the evolution of the retail business. A strategic, collaborative, and creative team leader, who will develop impactful / scalable design solutions for immersive retail environments and experiences. Always looking to expand the possibilities of immersive environments to create design solutions that reflect Client's design ethos and improve the consumer retail experience.

You have a track record of innovative use of emerging technology to build impactful spaces, consumer engagement and interaction. You can work across several design subject areas such as Environmental Graphic Design, Materials and Digital with ease. You can ideate creative concepts, illustrate your ideas and be hands on as you lead projects to completion.

If this is you, you will create, refine, and evolve non-seasonal retail storytelling across the full client stores portfolio. This position requires a forward-thinking leader, a detail oriented graphic and environments design minded creative, that builds creative direction for design development and generates implementation standards for consistent execution throughout projects. You will collaborate with a team to develop the right approach for each project, factoring in the needs of the

Consumer, the Brand, and our Business partners. You will communicate and present design concepts and create presentation materials that optimally communicate design intent, as well as produce project production files when required.

What they Bring:

• Minimum of 8+ years of brand design experience demonstrating creative sophistication in concepts and design/visual communications
• Bachelors/master's degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail industry experience, retail environments, concepts, and programs. International experience beneficial.
• Strong oral and written communications skills including meeting facilitation and presentations. Strong ability to effectively communicate complex and/or sensitive topics and concepts to senior creative team.
• Ability to sketch design ideas and visually communicate concept development through ideation.
• Passion for current trends in Technology, Design, Art, Interactive and Experience Design.
• Can-do attitude with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.
• A sense of humor and a positive spirit.
