Develop thoughtful visual concepts from creative briefs
Create branding systems, logos, event identities, and campaign assets
Design posters, presentations, social graphics, print materials, and digital experiences
Explore multiple creative directions before execution
Collaborate with writers, strategists, and creative leadership to translate ideas into compelling visuals
Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining conceptual integrity
Support production design when needed across print and digital projects
Help maintain a high level of craft and consistency across the brand
Adapting approved creative across formats
Resizing/versioning assets
Preparing print-ready files
Building presentation pages
Cleaning up existing creative
Creating social extensions
Making revisions
Managing typography/layout consistency
Final production and handoff
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, not just polished execution
Has excellent branding and identity design skills
Creates work that communicates ideas, not simply aesthetics
Is comfortable moving between blue-sky exploration and production execution
Can work collaboratively and iterate quickly
Pays close attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, and detail
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift

Campaign visual systems
Typography, color and graphic languages
Key art
Concept boards / mood boards
Basic brand guidelines or toolkits
Event invitations
Posters and signage
Social graphics
Digital ads/assets

Environmental graphics
Exhibition materials
Possibly merchandise or other physical applications
