The Role (Your Day-to-Day)
You’re not sitting behind a desk.
You’re in the field—riding routes, coaching reps, fixing problems in real time, and turning average execution into elite performance.
One morning, you’re riding along with a rep, sharpening their sales call so they actually close.
By the afternoon, you’re in a key account making sure displays are dialed, product is placed right, and revenue opportunities aren’t being missed.
Later, you’re mapping out the next move—what accounts to target, what needs fixing, and how to push the region forward.
You’re the standard.

When the numbers go up—you drove it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving sales growth across your entire region (not just managing it)
- Coaching and developing Account Sales Managers using a proven sales system
- Riding routes, training in the field, and improving real execution
- Identifying and closing new account opportunities
- Ensuring top-tier merchandising, displays, and shelf space execution
- Auditing accounts and holding the team to KPI and PSA standards
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
- Ability to travel up and do overnights up to 50%
- You’ve coached people—and actually made them better
- You know how to run a structured sales call, not just “wing it”
- You’re comfortable in the field: selling, training, and holding standards
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- You can lift up to 50–100 lbs and handle route work when needed

- You’ve worked in beverage or CPG
- You’ve sold into retail or worked with store buyers
Compensation + Perks
- Base Salary: $40,000
- KPI Bonus Potential: $12,000/year
- Additional Bonus/Bounty: $5,000/year
- Total On-Target Earnings: ~$58,000
Full Compensation Value: ~$74,800+ including benefits
