The Fountain Group is currently seeking a­­­­­­­­Brand Engagement Assistant Manager for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­El Segundo, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

 

Job Description:

Pay: $29.79/hour

Shift: Hybrid – Remote 2 days a week.

Duration: 7-month contract – potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.

Overview:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content across current social media platforms (Instagram) new and emerging for the brand (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), tailored to each platform's specific audience and best practices. This includes developing visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects skinbetter science's luxury brand positioning and scientific expertise.
  • Agency Management: Lead the day-to-day relationship with Artisan Council, the social media agency. Act as the primary point of contact to provide strategic direction, brief creative projects, and ensure all agency-produced content meets skinbetter science’s luxury standards and scientific accuracy.
  • Comprehensive Calendar Management: Own and maintain the master social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, launch timelines, and a consistent, high-end flow of engaging content across all platforms.
  • Multichannel Expansion: Lead the strategy for skinbetter science’s entry into emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining the brand's luxury and scientific authority.
  • Community Management: Work with the internal community management team to ensure skinbetter science is following best practices for online engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fostering a positive online environment.
  • PR Activation Support: Partner with the Brand Engagement Lead to manage the PR agency to execute daily PR requests, sampling initiatives, GTL partnerships, P4P opportunities, and securing earned media outreach.

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must have content management and content calendar experience.

PR activations and social listening experience is required.

Experience with TikTok and Instagram required – Youtube and Pinterest experience is preferred.

Agency experience is preferred.
