Brand Experience Specialist

About the Role

The Brand Experience Specialist plays a key role in bringing the Voltava brand to life-from the signage on our manufacturing floors to the digital resources our Team Members use every day. This position is equal parts creative, operational, and collaborative, requiring strong attention to detail, a passion for brand consistency, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The Brand & Communication Team serves as the internal agency for Voltavas teams and facilities around the world, and we believe strongly that our strategy is a critical support element in accelerating our culture of Respect, Integrity, Courage and Impact. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facility Branding & Support:

Serve as the Brand & Communications liaison to Voltava's facilities. This includes owning the end-to-end development and execution of facility branding across Voltavas manufacturing plants, including internal branding and external building signage. Partner with facility teams to ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all physical environments, and support any incoming brand-related requests from the teams.

• Digital Brand Center:

Own and maintain Voltavas internal digital brand center-the go-to resource hub for Team Members. This includes keeping resources like brand guidelines, PowerPoint templates, Microsoft Teams backgrounds, letterhead, and other branded assets up-to-date and organized. Partner closely with our Graphic Designer to create, refresh, and manage these resources on an ongoing basis.

• eShop Management:

Set up, manage, and continuously improve Voltavas internal eShop-the branded merchandise store available to Team Members. Curate and maintain a relevant product assortment including apparel, drinkware, notebooks, giveaway items, and more. Oversee vendor relationships, inventory, and the overall shopping experience. Includes House event giveaways and House brand oversight.

• Event Support:

Support the execution of internal and team events including team building activities, offsite events, and other Team Member experiences. Assist with logistics, branded materials, vendor coordination, and on-site support as needed.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams across HR, Facilities, Operations, and Communications to understand needs and deliver impactful brand solutions. Manage projects, timelines, and vendor relationships to keep everything running smoothly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or multi-site organization.
• Experience with intranet or Team Member communication platforms.
• Experience with graphic design or content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience supporting digital signage, video, photography, or multimedia communications.
• Familiarity with Team Member engagement and internal communications strategies.
• Experience managing social media or corporate digital content.

Travel:

• Local travel may be required minimally based on business needs
