About this Role

DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Integration Project Coordinator Contractor to support the coordination and execution of branding, marketing, communications, and business integration activities associated with acquired companies.

This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension based on business and integration needs. The contractor will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to multiple concurrent workstreams across four acquired entities. The role will maintain consolidated project plans, track milestones and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support hands-on implementation activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across marketing, creative, legal, integration, and business teams.

What You'll Do

• Inventory and organize outstanding branding tasks across four acquired entities.
• Build and maintain a consolidated project plan, including timelines, owners, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project and task status, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues to the Program Manager as appropriate.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, legal, integration, and other stakeholders to maintain progress across workstreams.
• Assist directly with implementation activities, including brand asset updates, style guide rollout, vendor coordination, and related transition activities.
• Provide regular and accurate status reporting to the Program Manager and integration leadership.
• Maintain a single source of truth for task status, ownership, deadlines, and dependencies across all four companies.
• Plan and coordinate website and domain transfer activities from legacy organizations.
• Inventory, organize, and maintain marketing and brand materials, including the archiving of legacy physical and digital assets.
• Support the development and coordination of communications related to M&A changes for employees, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Develop and maintain a unified events and trade show calendar and coordinate the consolidation of acquired companies onto the company-wide calendar.
• Identify gaps, follow up on outstanding actions, and proactively communicate potential impacts to timelines or deliverables.
• Support the Program Manager and integration leadership with other project coordination and business optimization activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, brand/creative traffic management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience using project management or work-management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams across teams, projects, or business entities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively identify and address outstanding tasks or issues.
• Experience working with websites, domains, and/or social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting M&A integration, organizational transitions, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with brand consolidation, rebranding, agency management, or brand rollout projects.
• Experience coordinating website development, redesign, migration, or domain transfers.
• Experience managing digital and physical marketing asset inventories and archives.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or corporate marketing calendars.
• Familiarity with cross-functional project management in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Occasional travel may be required based on business needs, integration activities, meetings, events, or coordination with company locations and stakeholders.

This is a temporary contractor position. Compensation and any applicable benefits or other terms will be provided in accordance with the applicable contractor agreement and engagement terms.

Salary Description

$35 - $40/HR
